Bharasa Institute of Social Development and Human Advancement (Hereinafter referred as Bharasa Institute) is an initiative focuses on developing the professional capacity of youths, women and men of the society in the field of day care, child care, elderly care, care giving, domestic housekeeping, Food and beverage service, Digital Marketing for Freelancing, Entrepreneurship and Graphic design. Bharasa Institute of Social Development and Human Advancement (Hereinafter referred as Bharasa Institute) is an initiative of Anwara-Shawket Trust, a philanthropic organization duly registered under the Trust Act, 1882, to serve society with the pressing prerequisites to ameliorate a few selected social challenges. The Bharasa Institute is accredited by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) and the National Skill Development Authority (NSDA), and has been successfully providing quality technical education to men and women from disadvantaged backgrounds. The Institute has a job placement unit that helps participants find employment after successful completion of the training.

We take theoretical classes to explain subject materials before going for a practical session
Practical Training
After giving a brief idea then we proceed to practical training, which is a highly interactive and participatory task for every participant.
Internship
We offer internship opportunities for the new learners.
Assessment
After completing internship duration, we assess every participant to prove their ability.
