Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations of the institute. The selected candidate will ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and timely financial reporting to support organizational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and general ledger accurately;
- Prepare financial reports for management and donors;
- Monitor grant utilization and budget tracking;
- Manage accounts payable and receivable;
- Perform bank reconciliation and financial verification;
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements;
- Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance;
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning;
- Support audit activities and ensure regulatory compliance;
- Contribute to organizational strategy aligned with mission and goals;
- Track and monitor financial and administrative resources.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline;
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience;
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and basic knowledge of tax regulations related to Institute;
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Track and monitor resources and other material needs for financial and administration tasks.
