Position: Marketing Executive

A Social Development and Human Advancement Institute is seeking applications for a Marketing Executive position.

 

Purpose of the Role:

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of program and marketing activities. This includes working closely with digital marketing agencies, training institutes, business houses and contributing to the overall promotion and visibility of the Institute’s programs and initiatives.

Under the guidance of Director, Program and the Partnership Manager of the Institute Marketing Executive will perform the following duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Outreach

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns (traditional and digital).
  • Coordinate with research agency to collect data, identify trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  • Support in creation, editing, and managing engaging content for social media, the website, email newsletters, and other communication channels.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Organize and support promotional events and advertising activities.
  • Identify B2B and institutional contacts for caregiving services, childcare services, domestic workers services and other emerging areas of service.

Digital Media Management

  • Support in management and updating the Institute’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Website).
  • Respond promptly to messages, inquiries, and comments across digital platforms and email.
  • Grow and engage the Institute’s online community through regular and relevant content.
  • Proficiency in Social media platform, Microsoft office and basic knowledge at content editing tools.

Stakeholder Communication & Support:

Respond to queries from program participants, service seekers, service providers, partners and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain communication with service providers, service seekers, and training institutes.

Database & Documentation

  • Maintain and regularly update marketing and program documentation.
  • Maintain and update databases of service providers, service seekers, learners, and skill development training institutes; share relevant data with appropriate teams.
  • Assist in expanding networks of service providers and seekers.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and promotion of brands/products.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, or content editing tools.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.

  • Age at most 40 years
